What are the odds of non-members finding these recordings?<\/li>\n<li>Search engine <strong>Action Item:<\/strong> Rebecca to get with website persons to get access to change SEO to relevant searches and see about single sign on to SSO for our site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Biggest costs for workshops are bringing in an instructor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AFS 2020 updates\n<ul>\n<li>Big Data symposium update (Dan)\n<ul>\n<li>It has been accepted!<\/li>\n<li>Full day<\/li>\n<li>4 or 5 confirmed speakers<\/li>\n<li>Descriptions are supposed to go up on website today \u2013 good link to advertising for speakers<\/li>\n<li>Send any suggestions of specific people that may be interested to Dan<\/li>\n<li>Post on website and social media and reach out to fisheries management section- Sara Tripp from Missouri<\/li>\n<li>Some folks are not getting emails \u2013 <strong>Action item:<\/strong> Rebecca will look into this next week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Symposium on UAV\/trailcam use (Paul)\n<ul>\n<li>Has been approved!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Tech talk (Rebecca)\n<ul>\n<li>Feedback :\n<ul>\n<li>Increased visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ideas:\n<ul>\n<li>Live streaming externally or project onto screen outside of the vendor area<\/li>\n<li>Large projected slide show loop for vendors in general to advertise who is inside the trade show and facilitate interest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 year booth planning (Rebecca)\n<ul>\n<li>Potential costs probably around $750\/$1000 plus work to organize and issues with security\n<ul>\n<li>3D glasses<\/li>\n<li>Old phones need at least 2 ($60 each)<\/li>\n<li>3D camera as a prize ($200-300)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Financial support only for shipping items to the meeting- not cost of the booth<\/li>\n<li>We will be charged for any furnishings like chairs and tables (potentially over $100 ; other costs could include $132 for electric, other equip you have to rent from individual vendor or bring your own, dividers are $75 each)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Action Item:<\/strong> Paul will talk with AFS about security and funding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updates\/discussion re. continuing education at AFS 2020.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Action item:<\/strong> Paul to see if we can still submit a proposal for data management workshop<\/li>\n<li>Human Dimensions Data Cont.
