Registration closes on February 17th. Please register based on your AFS membership status. Additionally, please review the add-ons to reserve your spot in the continuing education program, business lunch, and awards banquet. This will help us make sure we have accurate catering numbers. Abstract deadline extended for one week

Abstract submissions for papers and posters should be emailed no later than January 20 in MS word using the following format: Times New Roman (12 point) font with single spacing.  All abstracts must include the title, author(s), and a concise abstract body that does not to exceed 250-word count.
