We are switching newsletter technologies again!

Please look for an invitation to join AFS’s networking tool “Fishbook” and the group in it, the Fish Habitat Section!

We will post updates through that tool in the future, as it is a very reliable way to keep and share files like Minutes, change officers’ permissions, and post news. As a Fish Habitat Member, you will be able to engage with the group more easily, subscribe and unsubscribe to topics you’re interested, and contact us for help or sharing.

Do not miss this switchover, and join Fishbook today!

    1. Hi Randy, you don’t have to comment back, but you are more than welcome to use Fishbook actively or just reading updates from it. I’ll send some more instructions out soon!

  1. The switch from Fish Habitat Section to Fish Book was not explained. Does this imply that the Fish Habitat Section is now deleted from the AFS list of sections? Why?

    1. Hi Dr. Summerfelt, I’ll send a clarification out shortly! We are basically switching our “newsletter/email” system to support easier communications among members and from the ExCom. Our old newsletter solution was pretty clunky and didn’t encourage sharing of news from members. Only one person tended to have access to post. We hope Fishbook will produce more conversation, more feedback and input to discussions, and more sharing.
