The 2016 Annual Meeting of the Texas Chapter AFS was held January 21-23, 2016 at the Y. O. Ranch Hotel and Conference Center located in Kerrville, Texas.

In order to get these great rates, the hotel has blocked 120 rooms for our members.  In order to guarantee you were able to reserve a room at these rates, you must have made your reservations by 12:00 Noon on December 22nd.    Remember our attendance goal was 300 members so expect rooms to be in high demand and register early.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is Noon.  The hotel’s policy requires a credit card imprint upon check-in.  If the guest does not have a credit card, and the group does not guarantee the guest’s room expenses, all room and tax will be collected at time of check-in along with appropriate deposits.  Any unused deposit will be refunded.
