How to Register and Make Payment

Meeting registration and payment can be conducted online or you may opt to register and pay at the meeting.  When you register online you will have the option to pay online (credit card) or by mailing a check.  Please notice the early registration fee deadline.  Early registration is encouraged because you benefit from reduced fees and it helps meeting organizers plan appropriately for meals.  As an incentive, we will be raffling off a $50 Bass Pro Shops gift card to one lucky early registrant.  Registration fees paid at the meeting will be assessed at the late registration rate and fees can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, cash, or check.

2021 Fees and Pricing Information

Florida Chapter dues

  • Calendar year 2021 ($10)

Early Registration Fee: registration is paid online or by check postmarked by Friday, February 19, 2021

  • 1-day ($50)
  • Full ($60)

Late Registration Fee: registration is paid online or check postmarked after Friday, February 19, 2021.  This includes payment made at the meeting.

  • 1-day ($60)
  • Full ($80)

Meals

  • Tuesday April 6: Dinner ($19)
  • Wednesday April 7: Breakfast ($6), Lunch ($11), Dinner ($19)
  • Thursday April 8: Breakfast ($6), Lunch ($11)

Lodging

  • Villa Room ($100/night)
  • Lodge Room ($115/night)

Full Meals and Lodging

  • Villa Room 2 nights and all meals ($272)
  • Lodge Room 2 nights and all meals ($302)

NOTE: We ask that everyone has a roommate. Everyone must pay for lodging each night regardless of whether they have a roommate. Rooms and roommates will be chosen at the meeting’s registration desk. Meals are a buffet-style service and the food must be ordered one week in advance.  Since meals are pre-paid, we ask that you please submit your registration as soon as possible so that we may obtain the most accurate meal count as possible.
