Partnering

If you signed up for the Partnering Meetings Program, you can log in to the Partnering site here: http://isaah2018.meeting-mojo.com

If you didn’t sign up for partnering, it’s not too late. Just drop by the Partnering Help Desk by Registration Desk and speak to Vivian Beer and she will set you up in the system. Keep in mind, there are extra tables for adhoc meetings during partnering times.

ISAAH 2018 Partnering: The ISAAH Partnering program provides valuable opportunities to meet directly with key decision makers, maximizing your business and academic connections. The online partnering scheduling system will become available in June 2018 and you will receive a notification at that time.

The One-to-One Business Partnering Program will be a dedicated part of ISAAH 2018 and will give you the opportunity to set up 20-minute pre-scheduled meetings. The program offers a great complement to your informal networking opportunities throughout the program. Access to the partnering program is included in a full-conference registration.

Sign up for Partnering when you Register!

You can indicate in the online registration form that you are interested in participating in the One-to-One Partnering Program. We will notify you when the partnering site is open and offer you your log in information. At that time, you can sign in and fill out your profile, tailor your meeting availability and review profiles of others leading up to the symposium. Once the meeting scheduling function opens, you will then be able to request and schedule meetings with other delegates during the times set aside in the program for one-to-one partnering meetings.

Partnering allows you to make the most of your time by ensuring you have those important one-to-one conversations with key contacts that will move your plans forward and discuss collaborations.

Partnering Help Desk:
There will be a partnering help desk located next to the registration desk at the conference where you can review and print out your latest meeting schedule online. The schedule will list your meetings schedule, the people you are meeting with and the corresponding table numbers.

Partnering Meetings Room:
There will be a dedicated room where meetings will take place at individual numbered tables. Many meetings are typically one-to-one, but we will have extra chairs available if you want to invite colleagues to any meetings. The Partnering Program team will be onsite to direct meetings and to provide assistance. Tables are numbered to help identify the location of your meetings which corresponds to your schedule. A clock/timer will be displayed and a bell will sound to give you advance notice to wrap up discussions and again when the time is up, so you can move to your next meeting. We request that you arrive promptly for all your meetings to ensure a smooth program.

Mobile device access to Partnering Site:

The online partnering site is fully optimized for mobile devices e.g. smart phones, tablets and this is a great way to check in leading up to and during the conference to request meetings, accept meeting invitations and view your schedule.

We will provide you with the URL for the partnering site once the site is open. All those who register for partnering will receive a notification.
