Wow, what a week! Thank you for participating in the American Fisheries Society Alaska Chapter Meeting. When all was said and done, 218 people joined us, including 205 in Fairbanks and 13 online. This absolutely smashed our expectations of 80-120 attendees. We were especially impressed by the level of student involvement – from K12 to PhD levels – and the quality of presentations from both students and professionals.

We hope many of you made connections this week that will lead to your next job, your next hire, or sparked a new collaboration or friendship. Thanks for being involved in the Alaska Chapter, and we hope to see you next year.
