The registration deadline is approaching. If you haven’t already, please register and send in your abstracts.

Registration & Abstracts
The deadline is 10 April; you may submit both here. For NOAA employees awaiting group travel approval, please submit your abstract by 10 April; we expect to extend the deadline for NOAA registrants if travel is not approved prior to 10 April. Students, please don’t forget to identify yourself in the abstract submission site to be considered for one of two travel awards.

Break out sessions
We’ve had interest in only one topic for discussion at the meeting: GTseq — where is each lab with this, troubleshooting, etc. Todd Seamons and his group at WDFW have agreed to moderate this session. If you have specific agenda items to discuss on GTseq, please let him know. Also, please let us know by replying to this email if you would like to see additional topics for discussion in a parallel session.

Lunch
Lunch will be on your own each day, but we are gauging interest in whether or not attendees would be interested in having a food truck on site, in addition to other eateries in the vicinity of Rosehill. Please register your vote here.
