The procedures manual lists MNAFS Bylaws, Rules, and Procedures, which formally covers day-to-day operations conducted by the membership or the executive committee (EXCOM).  This manual describes the duties of MNAFS officers as well as the purpose and duties of the standing and special committees. It provides standard procedures for accomplishing annual tasks such as organizing the Annual Meeting, maintaining budgets, expenditure procedures, and fund raising policies. The procedures manual document is maintained by the current Procedures Mannual Chair or the President.
