2026 AFS Colorado-Wyoming Chapter Annual Meeting

Dates: March 2-4, 2026

Location: Hilton Garden Inn Conference Center in Laramie, WY

 

The CO/WY Chapter of the American Fisheries Society is excited to host the 2026 Annual Chapter Meeting in Laramie, WY. The theme for the conference is “Bridging Experience and the Future” – AFS plays a critical role in fostering professional networks, supporting career transitions, and preserving institutional knowledge. Join us as we explore and develop professional connections.

Abstract submission and meeting registration are currently open, more details are available below and on their respective pages.

 

Meeting Agenda: We have three full days filled with exciting continuing ed. courses, poster and oral presentations, and social events. The detailed agenda with events for each day can be viewed at this link. You can also see the full agenda on our Meeting Schedule page.

Lodging: Rooms at the hotel are available at the government rate if purchased by Sunday February 15th. Additional information and the link to make your reservation online can be found on our Lodging page.

Call for Abstracts: Deadline for the abstract submission has been EXTENDED. Please see the Abstract Submission page for more details.

Meeting Registration: Registration is open and can be completed from the Registration page. Early registration has been extended to Tuesday, February 17th and registration must be completed by Monday February 23rd to attend the banquet.
