• Survey was sent out via membership listserv in May and was shared on FITS facebook page.
• Only 15 responses.
• Extended deadline to July 1.
• Action Item: Chelsea to send Reminder email to membership.

AFS Spokane

Symposium updates

• Full day of speakers for the “MacGyvering” symposium
• Tentatively scheduled for Monday –starting at 8am!
• Action item: Patrick to send email to presenters to touch base.

Business meeting

• In process of planning section meeting and reserving room
• Details to come.

CTFC

• Action item: Tiffany to talk with Rebecca about updating and invoicing vendors whose “first year free” has expired and about volunteers for coordinating tech talks.

Registration Lottery

• Action Item: Kayla to email ExCom details of last years procedures
