Old Business

• Bylaws changes
  • Excom has agreed to all changes. Action item: Tiffany to send to management committee for approval.
• 2023 President-elect election
  • Election will run in the month of March
• Action item: Kayla to post election information to website/newsletter.

• Travel award
  • No new submissions
  • Action item: Kayla will ask for write-up from recipient of recent travel award to be shared with membership.
• Symposium Proposal were due Jan 27
  • ExCom submitted a proposal for a second year of the “MacGyvering” symposium
  • Gearing up for Grand Rapids
    • Continuing education workshop
      • Action item: Tiffany will ask Keith if he is interested in instructing the Data Management workshop again this year.
    • Business Meeting
      • Potential to have it after the FITS sponsored symposium

• Form 990
  • Kayla is working with Dan Cassidy to file taxes for FITS this year.
