We want you to run for FITS President!
Come join the vibrant team of leaders in FITS as we serve on the Governing Board of AFS, create exciting symposia, host advanced workshops, and award deserving individuals in the fisheries science profession. The election for the position is planned for March. The winner of the election will start the position in August of this year by gaining 2 years of experience learning and participating on the ExComm as the incoming President during the monthly calls, followed by a 2-year stint leading the Section as the President, then a final 2 years of bestowing your knowledge and expertise to those coming up through the ranks. As President, you will have travel fund support for annual meetings. - For 20 Early Career and regular/retired current members to receive FITS membership

- Randomly generate winner list based on most recent member list (list from secretary).
