Plan your meeting early by taking the following steps:

Download the meeting app to your smartphone. Click here for Google Play or here for Apple.
Set up multi-device sync on the app (see instructions below).
Visit https://plan.core-apps.com/afs_tws2019/login and use the same credentials to log in. You can now add and manage your schedule from your browser!

How to set up multi-device sync on the Meeting App

Download and open the Meeting App. From the home screen, click on the Settings symbol in the upper right-hand corner.

In Settings, click on "Multi Device Sync."

Click "First Device" and enter your preferred email and a password for the app.

You can now log into the meeting schedule through a browser at https://plan.core-apps.com/afs_tws2019/login. However, if you also wish to sync an additional device, like a tablet, click "Additional Device" here and enter the same credentials.
